Last year's "chefs" were a hit with their Pesto Dogs, Venezuelan Dogs, Buffalo Dogs and more. Which weenie will take the prize this year?
Proceeds from the event are going to support BARC Animal Shelter (get it?- dogs for the dogs!). BARC is where I met my kitty, Cayenne. It's a great shelter and I'm excited to be able to help them connect more adorable cats and dogs with loving homes

(since the event is held in my backyard) so buy your ticket online now to guarantee entrance. Chefs, you don't need a ticket, but you need to register on our chef page. Tickets cost $15 and include all you can eat hot dogs (and veggie dogs), beer, and drinks. I'll keep a countdown in the blog below of ticket sales, so keep you eyes open. And I hope to see you on the 28th!
